Refund Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, as all products are made to order. In exceptional cases where a return is accepted:

• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
• The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

Return Window

If no issue is reported within 3 days of delivery, the product will be considered accepted.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Court Advents reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
